  • with one party, hereinafter referred to as the Employee and co-owner of the Night Club DIVA, citizen of the United States Arman Sargis Mihranyan, resident of the United States of America, California, Taang Town, 10508 Fergrow Street, postal address 91042, acting on behalf of LLC "VRO", hereinafter referred to as the Employer, concluded this agreement as follows:

  • Obligations of the Employer:

  • • 1.1 The Employer employs the Employee for the night club "DIVA" (Internet address www.divastripclub.wix.com/divastripclub) located at the address: house 56, Bagrevand Str. 41, Jrvezh, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.

  • • 1.2 The Employer guarantees a daily salary of 20,000 drams for a dancer who takes off all the clothes on the stage, including underwear (pants), discloses the whole body (NUDE). The dancer receives 50% of the earned money from privaties, consumables, tips and interest from some alcoholic drinks.

  • • 1.3 The Employer guarantees a daily salary of 9,000 drams for a dancer who dances topless on stage, discloses only the chest. The dancer receives 50% of the earned money from the private, consumables, tipping and percentage of some alcoholic beverages.

  • • 1.4 The Employer ensures the safety of the Employee only during the work and on the premises of the apartments allocated by the Employer.

  • • 1.5. Payment for travel and flight is made by the Employer by agreement.

  • • 1.6 The Employer undertakes to provide the Employee with housing free of charge for the entire period of the contract, as agreed. For the light expenditure the girls pay themselves.

  • • 1.7 The Employee has the right to refuse to stay in the apartments provided by the Employer and rent apartments in the city of Yerevan at their own expense.

  • • 1.8 The Employer is required to pay the earned money on the same day, before the start of the next business day.

  • 2. Working conditions.

  • 2.1. The working day begins at 22:00, when the Employee of the institution is obliged to be at the workplace, and ends at 06:00 the following day.

  • 2.2. The Employer has the right to extend the working day for an indefinite time at its own discretion and for this to pay overtime, in the event that:

  • 2.2.1 The customer is financially able to continue to spend money in the institution.

  • 2.3 All questions and problems relate to the administration (director, supervisor, manager).

  • 2.4 Before the start of work (show) Employees must be in a well-groomed manner (make-up, clothes, and hairstyle)

  • 2.5 The Employee must move around the club only in a suit.

  • 2.6 The Employee should disclose the whole body in the general hall on the stage, if the employee agreed with the above item 1.2.

  • 2.7 The Employee should disclose the whole body in the private area on the client, if the employee agreed with the above item 1.2.

  • 2.8 Only the manager can make changes during the operating mode.

  • 2.9 Strictly forbidden to date with customers.

  • 2.10 Strictly forbidden to date and have any intimate relations with the employees of the club and the directorate.

  • 2.11 During the contact with the client, the employee is strictly forbidden to give information about the club (about the owner, the system, the place of residence, the term of the contract).

  • 2.12 Employee is prohibited to come and go from work accompanied by someone (boyfriend, friend, admirer).

  • 2.13 During the work, the Employee is required to behave as follows;

  • 2.13.1 Approach the client without his invitation.

  • 2.13.2 Respond to customers' questions politely.

  • 2.13.3 Pay equal attention to all customers.

  • 2.13.4 Must be sexy, smiling to customers.

  • 2.13.5 The Employee is allowed to take refreshments in the form of alcoholic beverages.

  • 2.13.6 The Employee is not allowed to consume high-grade alcoholic beverages.

  • 2.13.7 It is forbidden to swear.

  • 2.13.8 The schedule of the weekend is drafted by managers.

  • 2.13.9 Strictly prohibited to use and distribute narcotic substances and engage in prostitution.

  • 2.13.10 Strictly forbidden to come to work in a state of intoxication. A fine is charged.

  • 2.13.11 Strictly forbidden not to go to work without warning. A fine is charged.

  • 2.13.12 Strictly forbidden to date with customers outside of business hours, which will be deemed as an intimate relationship by the Employer.

  • 2.14 Going on the stage of the girls depends on the quantity of girls that day. The duration of one exit is one song.

  • 2.15. Dancer can sit for free with a client for 3 minutes. During this time, she must persuade the customer to consume, or go to a private room or to a private booth.

  • 2.16 Kissing is not allowed. The guest can touch the chest, buttocks. Genitalia can be touched in case of girl’s consent.

  • 2.17. Each dancer works 6 days, they have 1 day for rest.

  • 2.18 They must buy their own clothes and shoes for their exits.

  • 2.19 Employee is obliged to pay taxes to the State for official registration every month (25.000-30.000 AMD).

  • The employer is obliged to familiarize the Employee with the current laws of the Republic of Armenia on prostitution in Armenia, Article 261 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, the use and distribution of narcotic substances, Article 66 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.

  • 3. Penalties

  • The Employer has the right to apply penalties to the Employee for violation of the following points.

  • • For violation of clause 2.4 of the contract                               10,000 drams

  • • For violation of clause 2.5 of the contract                                  5000 drams

  • • For violations of clauses 2.6 and 2.7 of the contract             30,000 drams

  • • For violation of clause 2.9 of the contract                            100,000 drams

  • • For violation of clause 2.10 of the contract                          100,000 drams

  • • For violation of clause 2.13.6 of the contract                         50,000 drams

  • • For violation of clause 2.13.7 of the contract                        5,000 drams

  • • For violations of clause 2.13.9 of the contract                 100,000 drams

  • • For violation of clause 2.13.10 of the contract                   50,000 drams

  • • For violation of clause 2.13.11 of the contract                   50,000 drams

  • • For violation of clause 2.13.12 of the contract twice, the contract is terminated.

  • Dancers must leave 100,000 drams of deposit in the Club. By the expiration of the contract, the Club will pay back this money to the dancer, in that case if there are no debts.

  • The employer is obliged to familiarize the Employee with the price list of penalties before signing the contract and not change it for the duration of the contract.

  • I, as an Employee, agree with all the above mentioned points of this Agreement and I undertake to fulfill them. In the event of non-compliance, I agree to comply with the terms of the Contract; "Penalties", "Duties".

  • All changes to the contractual terms are carried out by mutual agreement of the parties.

  • If the Club violates the above mentioned points of the contract, then warning 14 days beforhand the dancer can terminate the contract. If there is not any violation on our part, then you will not be able to terminate the contract until the end of the term.
